Which cargo company will my order be sent with?

Your order is sent by Knitologia with Sürat Cargo.

There is also a same-day cargo option within Istanbul. Orders received until 12:00 are delivered between 14:00-21:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 are distributed the next day.

You can activate this option when placing an order and receive your order on the same day.

How much is your shipping fee?

The shipping fee is reflected on your invoice during the ordering process.

How much is the payment at the door fee?

The payment at the door fee is 42 TL.

At what hours will the product I purchased be delivered?

Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified by Sürat Cargo between 09:00 - 17:00 (weekdays and Saturdays). No delivery is made on Sundays.

My order has been shipped. I want to change my address / name

You can contact us via our WhatsApp line +90 534 549 42 91 so that we can send your current address or name information to the cargo company.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.

When do you deliver the product I purchased to cargo?

Your order is delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days. It is delivered to you by the cargo company within 1-3 business days on average.

My order arrived when I was not at my address

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot be at your address, Sürat Cargo, which follows the delivery process of your cargo, contacts you and informs you which branch your cargo is at. Your package is usually left at the cargo branch closest to your address and you must pick it up from the branch within 3 business days. Otherwise, the cargo will be sent back to us.

If you wish, you can get detailed information about your cargo from the WhatsApp number provided to you by the cargo.

Why do you send the invoice on the package?

There is a legal obligation to send the invoice for your order and to write your name and surname on the package.
