Article 1- Parties

Article 2- Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the knitology.com website belonging to the SELLER.
BUYER accepts that SELLER has learned all preliminary information such as name, title, full address, telephone and other contact information, basic characteristics of the goods subject to sale, sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions and expenses and has placed an order by confirming these electronically.
Article 3- Product/Payment/Delivery Information Subject to the Contract
The type and kind of products purchased electronically, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoice information, and cargo fee will be specified below. The person to be invoiced must be the same as the person who made the contract. This information must be complete and accurate.
The SELLER has the right to check the information provided by the BUYER when deemed necessary and may stop the order. If the BUYER cannot be reached, the order may be suspended for 15 days.
Article 4- Contract Date and Force Majeure
The contract date is the date ../../…., which is the date the order was placed by the BUYER.
Situations that do not exist and are unforeseeable at the time the contract is signed and that develop beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the parties will not be able to fulfill their obligations. If the force majeure continues for 30 days, one of the parties will have the right to terminate the contract.
Article 5- Seller's Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Seller agrees to fulfill its obligations in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
5.2. Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop on knitology.com. The Seller assumes that the buyer's age is correct.
5.3. Shopping can be done on Knitology.com by credit card or bank transfer. If the transfer payments are not completed within a week, the order will be canceled.
Article 6- Buyer's Rights and Obligations
6.1. The Buyer agrees to comply with the provisions of the contract.
6.2. By shopping on knitology.com, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of the contract and undertakes to make payment according to the specified payment method.
6.3. The buyer agrees not to damage the product and its packaging in case of returning the products.
Article 7- Order/Payment Procedure
The transaction is taken after the total amount of the products added to the shopping cart, including VAT, is approved by the buyer. The shipment is made after the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer on the knitology.com site. In case of unfair or illegal use of the credit card after the delivery of the product, the product return is mandatory.
Article 8- Shipment/Delivery Procedure
The product/products are delivered to the cargo company after the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
The products will be delivered to the buyer's address by the contracted cargo. The delivery period is 10 days from the order confirmation.
Article 9- Product Return and Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 7 days after receiving the goods. Returns must be made with the original packaging and shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
